Child-members of the church need oversight, teaching and continual love and care. To every mother, Sunday School teacher, and pastor, Jesus still says feed My lambs, aye, and bring them in that they may be safe in the inner circle, in the very midst of the fold.
“In the morn of the holy Sabbath
I like in the church to see
Dear little children gathered
And worshipping there with me,
They sit in the congregation
With faces grave and sweet,
And the Master looks upon them
His lilies among the wheat.”
